Gentlemen,

My weekends have been full of travel, and my weekdays laden with assignments. I’ve got comics in the queue so fear not,  soon original Loldwell comics will grace this page once more.

Until that day arrives, please enjoy a few savory links.

College Romance Novels - Classing up a grocery store near you this Spring.

Internet Math – Further proof that the internet is slowly caving in on itself

What Your Coffee’s Color Says About You – An infographic for coffee lovers (and haters)

Again, sorry about the brevity of my recent posts. The future is bright with comics, and for that reason, the future is good.

HAVE A SWELL WEEKEND DUDES,

Cartoon Roundup!

Super Shitty Classmates

Above is the title image from the article, the Super Sh*tty Classmates, by Conor Mckeon and myself. Anyone who has ever been in a college classroom will find their ire rekindled by these infamous archetypes.

Gentlemen, I come from the eldritch planes of the Int’Rnett, bearing gifts of art and humor. Come closer, so that I may show you my etherial visions!

Wharp Whistle

Secrets of the Warp Whistle – Click the image find out mario’s fate!

I’ve started doing livecasts while I draw my weekly CollegeHumor comic, and if there’s time I like to take a few requests from the audience. The above drawing was one of those requests. If you’d like to come watch me draw, be sure to follow me on twitter, as I’ll usual tweet about when the stream is starting, and any additional details.

Employee Manual

Employee Manuals…Probably – A fun series written by Streeter Seidell, really glad with how these illustrations came out.

A good week if I do say so! Today I’m headed over to the MOCCA Festival to say hi to all the cool kids of komics, I’ll try and take a few pictures and do some doodles to post here.

Also? New original comic should be up by the end of day tomorrow.

MARK YO CALENDERZ,

Comik Jamm

NEW RULE – From now on, every time I do a recap post, it will include at least one new sketch or piece of art. For this week’s offering, please enjoy this jam comic from myself and my NYC comic friends, Bree, Miriam, and Claire! Be sure to check out their sites as they are up to LEGITIMATELY COOL SHIT (hereafter ‘LCS’).

In other news, I’ve been making some LCS of my own, here are some of my favorites from the past week:

“A Familiar Argument” – This week’s CH comic delves into familiar territory for anyone who was a child once.

Accurate Carnival Signs – Did you know that Conor Mckeon never disappoints? In ANY sense of the term?

Memos to the Battlestar Galactica – Patrick Cassels wrote the best Battlestar Galactica parody article ever, and I was lucky enough to illustrate it.

I think And1 is Running Out of Ideas – The last picture in this series kills me.

Guys, I hope you’ve had a great week. No seriously! I hope a stranger gave you ice cream and that it wasn’t even poisoned. For real.

Tune in for Toons

DOUBLE GOOD NEWS.

1. I made a cool new article for CollegeHumor with a cool new guy named Patrick Merryman, it is called Cartoon University and I am really proud of it. If you haven’t already, I implore you to check it out.

2. Alex and I recorded a new episode of our oft-neglected podcast! We talk about Final Fantasy 13, SO YOU KNOW IT’S GOOD. Listen here!

Very soon I will have news to share, Sorry for the delays, but stay ‘tooned (HA LOL SEE WUT I DID).
