My most recent CollegeHumor strip details my theory that Lost is basically equivalent in its narrative style to a poorly written and ill-plotted comic book. It should also be noted at this point that I love comic books, even poorly-written ones. I think overall I’m just jealous of the people whose long dedication to this show is finally paying off because it’s getting what serialized comic books will never have: an ending.

Sorry for ghostin’ on you all this week. Here’s a quick look at the other stuff I’ve been up to:

7 Mario Suits I wish Were Real – Super Awesome collaboration with Super Awesome Jeff Rubin.

Reinventing Yourself for the Second Semester – A series of illustrations for Jake Hurwitz’s most recent CollegeHumor article.

PICTURE TIME. If you’ve got some extra time, why not go check out my latest series of illustrations? It’s part two of the “College-O-Vision” series, which was created by Jason Michaels and drawn by me. I like it. Maybe you will too?

Sorry for the radio-silence, internet. I took a mini-vacation, which in internet (and Narnian) time means I’ve been gone for over 5 years. I hear it’s 2010 now! Awesome! My friend Alex and I (as well as a studio audience of some of our awesome friends) made a podcast to celebrate!
Nightmare Shark Episode 15 – Listen Here!
In this episode, we discuss honky tonks, watch another episode of our favorite 80’s anime show, and hear new years resolutions from our studio audience.
Audience Members Include:
Billy Brown – Friend of the shark, and 1/3 of the very awesome stuffedrobot.com
Jessie Vogel – Generally cool girl and another 1/3 of stuffedrobot.com
Gabe Park – Star of the seminal film, “A Piece of Sh*t: The Movie”
Caroline Martin – Awesome artist and friend from the internet and beyond.
Yes, dear listeners, this is real life.

NIGHTMARE SHARK EP. 14 – “The XMAS Special” is out now! It’s a variety show jampacked with sketches, songs and the rambling mouth-talking you’ve come to love. So give it a listen once you’ve grown weary of your family and their incessant shenanigans.

You might have noticed that I have another article up on College Humor today. It is about movies from the ’00’s and what they would have been like if they were made in different decades. Here’s an example of what I’m talking about.

I hope this update’s fortified enough to sustain you, as posts will be decidedly leaner during the Holiday duress. So…you know take some multivitamins and watch Hulu or somethin’.
